Road Department Information:

Brush Drop Off:
Note to Residents: The day has changed. No Saturday hours.
The Convenience Center at 3790 Route 47 will be open from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on the first FRIDAY of each month for residents of Maurice River Township to drop off limbs and brush - NO LEAVES. Residents must show the attendant a valid NJ Drivers License proving they are a Maurice River Township resident and must certify the block/lot or physical address from which the brush originated. Drop offs will be limited to two loads per month per residential property.
Brush & Leaf Collection:
Leaves must be raked or blown to curbside, not pushed with machinery as this will cause other debris to mix within the pile. Leaves cannot be in any container or bag; they must be piled in windrow fashion without branches, twigs or trash. Leaves must be curbside on the date indicated below; the truck WILL NOT return.
The convenience center locates at 3790 Route 47 will also be open on the first Friday of each month from 8 am to 12 Noon for Township residents to drop off limbs and brush (no leaves). (I.D. Required)

- Port Elizabeth & Bricksboro - April 30
- Cumberland & Milmay - May 7
Fall 2012:
- Milmay & Cumberland - November 19
- Port Elizabeth & Bricksboro - November 26
- Dorchester & Leesburg - December 3
- Heislerville & Dorchester - December 10
Brush &Limbs will be scheduled to coincide with Leaf Collection. Must remain separated, DO NOT co-mix with leaves.
