Rental Unit Registration

Fees:

Inspections are performed annually (prior to June 30) by the Housing Officer to obtain a Continued Certificate of Occupancy. For more information call 856-785-1120 Ext. 132 - Ordinance #382

  • Annual - $30.00 per unit (prior to March 1)
  • Fee - $60.00 per unit (after March 1)
